I'm sure QCOM will use borrowed money. I have no idea if it's reasonable, I do know it was money they didn't want to spend. We are seeing Holy Way II being set-up right before our eyes. At least we will not get a Russian/nexwave/lwin/Globalstar none return on there money in Japan. lwin too with Terabeam.

On another note. Handsets will soon be sold for $20 out of vending machines made out of cardboard and be disposable ala cameras. The cell industry is tracking the PC industry pretty close.
