<< No one can get access to Elian except Greg Craig, Cuban govt officials; US law enforcement personnel and Elian's father. >>

Night time raids with machine guns and tear gas??? Individuals denied access to legal assistance??? Elian forcefully and traumatically torn away from the woman that he bonded with, who brought him back to health???

Hmmmm!? Wait a minute. What's that I hear? Hmmmm!? Why, the noise is coming from the Statue of Liberty. It can't be?! It sounds like she is crying.

The US gov't is keeping Elian away from his attorney.

Hahahahahahaha. X, that is the silliest argument that I have heard yet. Is the boy paying that lawyer? Is Juan expected to pick up his tab? Hmmmmm. I wonder who is paying the guy. Lawyers don't work for free.

Oh, you say the Relatives are picking up his tab? Ahhhh. Now I understand. So what we have here is the Relative's Lawyer hired for a six year old boy by people that are NOT his legal guardian, applying for asylum from a situation that it cannot be demonstrated that he is being personally abused or oppressed for his political beliefs. Do you think he is even competent to know the difference between Democracy, Communism or DisneyWorld?

Even if the guy is only working for publicity, tell that lawyer he's fired. Send him back to the relatives.

Tell them to keep that fisherman too. Who's paying that guy? Don't tell me the fishing is no good now off the Florida coast right now. He should be trolling those waters for more mealtickets, er . . . I mean refugees.

How long do you think these people will continue to make a spectacle of themselves? Their 15 minutes are up.

How does a 6 year old hire an attorney? Are you sure that isn't Lazaro's attorney?
