I agree with all that and that is my point. You also mentioned China and other shunning it. I agree with that too, like I said as Japan so does the world. QCOM knows all of this, that's why the many man hours being spent on not letting it happen. If forced to, QCOM will become part owner of a provider. We can talk about WCDMA and DDI possible cave all we want, when you get right down to it, QCOM is on the defensive again, and can't be explain any other way, particularly after today news release. So want is going get down to? Our lawmakers complaining, I don't like it with QCOM not even having a dominated position in the USA, with MOT and LU as suppliers to anyone, it's a weak argument.
