I entirely agree with your generalization! Entirely! I even sent a post to this thread about the overlapping qualities of Good and Bad. And I've been called, by CB I believe, a Lumper - rather than a slicer. No, in this case, this particular, specific case, I am assaulted by the vigor of the venom throwers. That's all I meant. You would enjoy the one-act Ammo is in- The Love of a NIghtingale. It's about words- and how important they are- that to take away the voice of a person is to destroy him, take away all power. And if words aren't used, we are left with violence. The violence of non-communication. It's an interesting play based on the myth of Procne and Philomele. I watch communication break down here, and how quickly the posts resort to verbal violence in place of reason. WHen discussion fails, there is nothing left but the insults and then silence.
