tom, a good friend lost his *ss in the tech sell off. for years he told me that i was too tight - the market always went up. didn't want to buy a house and tie up his perpetual money making machine. now, however, he's hurtin' a little. i'm not sure if he's up, even or down. however, i do know his recent losses and they are staggering (offsetting some staggering gains, mind you). he's out of the house market for now. if we hit fair value, though, this will be one stove he will wish he never touched. skeets
