Bill, i know, the majority of stocks has been in a vicious bear market since the April '98 high in the a/d line. there ARE values out there. however, if it's a secular bear, it could take a long time for these values to make investors any money. so CNBS is relaying someone's bullish take? what a surprise... WS is fighting tooth and nail for the trough to remain where it is...however, like i said before, IF the trend has been broken, that's going to be for naught. the bulls will btw. NEVER admit it was a mania...to them the 'dip' in tech is a mistake, an opportunity to get into these cheap infinity p/e stocks...
