Rande Is: Although the NASDAQ is coming down from its lows of the day, I am not buying here. I think the REAL buying opportunity will be May 15th or 16th Just before or day of the Fed. meeting.

Hi Rande. Just wondering what you think of CMGI here in the low 50's. Last week it touched this low, and then started a run into the low 60's. Do you think history will repeat itself. Guess I do, but wondered how you felt.

Rande....in looking at the daily chart for each of your "rediculous" prediction stocks, I can't help but wonder if the large volume spike in each was you, O! Captain....LOL....
That is something I have not seen....at the exact same moment (+/- a few minutes) before 3 o'clock, large block buys across the board....happened with many more than just those here....
quote.yahoo.com

My two cents....I'll be watching for those blocks at the open tomorrow....if they pass right back out again (in large blocks or spread out in smaller ones), then confidence in this being a near-term bottom diminishes....

Currently bottom fished some old friends HEAR LQID LDIG LPTHx....picked up VIGN and VTSS....

My three cents....I created a list of all the stocks I would like to fish and created an entry point price for each based upon my meager but blossoming abilites at charting/DD/T&A....Only a couple hit my entry point last week....AREM in 17's....MIPS below 24....CNET below 25....
I took the profitoften road a bit early on each (especially CNET) late last week....I realized that setting an entry point is one thing, but setting an exit point is extremely difficult....this market is not compassionate to the slow and greedy, so I took what profits were offered.

Has anyone else created a list (besides you, Captain) that has worked well? I found myself setting very low entries, hence the limited success. But I am trying an all-new tact with investing....it's called patience. What was meant to be in my portfolio will find its way down to me.
