Right now? Tech stocks do. In 6 months, Race cars will when all the guys who bought them have to sell them 'cause of stupid investing. Same with beach houses, etc.

My $23k racecar turned into an $8k "roller" 3 laps into a race.

Never had a stock do that to me.
