Dear BB: NOPE, they dont have to name a company but IF they have a target in mind they MUST state as one of the reasons potential acquisition. That is required by the SEC for disclosure. So, I would deduce from what you have told me that while they MIGHT do an acquisition at some DISTANT future they have nothing in mind at the moment. JDN
