<<Just a couple of months ago some congressman -Barr I think- was trying to get the druids banned from jumping naked over bonfires at the nearby army base.>>

Maybe they didn't have enough paramedics and firetrucks to handle any accidents. You may think I'm kidding, but the point is, sometimes there may be a practical reason to ask certain groups not to perform certain rituals in public.

Anyhow, I think jumping naked over a bonfire is a far cry from posting the ten commandments in the hallway at a school. At some point, common sense has to come into the picture.

TP, It is true that conservatives, including me, do not consider Satanists, or Druids, as religious people. I don't know who the Wikka's are, and really don't care. Druids are concerned with nature and give little credence to Dieties. Satanists are totally anti-God since their "leader" only exists because God threw him out of Heaven. If that had not happened, there would be no Satan. Who would they worship then?

All the conservatives I know, which is a considerable number, consider "all faiths" to include Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Taoists, and Shintos. Maybe some others that I am not familiar with. It appears that you have a warped mind set on Christians, and really have no idea what they, or conservatives, think. ~H~
