Steeped up to the plate today to make first BTB Fund purchase. Sentiment in this sector is really low. Stocks have been hammered. I have been waiting for this scenario to develop since late last fall. You must buy these when they hate them if you are going to buy them at all. Market hates them and it might hate them even more in the coming weeks or months but my risk has been reduced substantially. I saw a low volume successful retest of the Naz today. And this fact also prompted my purchase decision in the BTB fund.
