i don't see the NDX making new highs anytime soon... but it may still make a stunning recovery while the remainder of the market makes a last hurrah rally. the peak in money supply growth expansion usually precedes the market peak by about 6 months. that would argue for a final high sometime in June/July. it would be a great opportunity to suck in the very last innocent bystanders....
