These levels are more levels that everyone is watching and at the same time hoping that some one else will start the buying. These days they might be better called "Hail Mary" levels. Would you consider this a successful test of the low, with the COMPX making a higher low? I am trying to decide myself here. The volume was lighter than usually, but some people are still on holidays. I think I saw some mention on another thread that the TRIN was not bad enough to constitute a successful test. I guess a follow through tomorrow given no bad economic numbers will tell the tale.
