Hell, your guess is as good as mine...Don't even think the analysts know. Verrapun(SP) was saying around .34. Obviously, CUBE Execs forgot to tell analysts( & us) how they were going to do this. Anyone know how to figure the cost basis of our CUBE & HLIT shares.

It is complicated. C-Cube Semi's $.14 per share was the lowest way to calculate it. It was $.19 per share, if you add the other income, that's mostly interest on that pile of cash the IRS has plans for. If you add the Divi net income, you get $.21 per share.

You need to see what was taken out of the Divi net, to know if they made the est. Divi is the question.
