I JUST SPOKE WITH CYBR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Good morning guys!! Wow what a week! Eh!

I just spoke with management and have been given permission to post to you that the '99 numbers will be released THIS WEEK.

There will be NO extension filed. The numbers will be out this week.

Everything is ok at CYBR. And they are just as concerned as we are about the share price. They know that we are concerned about all the rumors about extensions and such. So they want everyone to know that this will not be the case.

Hang-on things will get better soon.

Still holding long & strong,
KZ

John Haines was a director of Videolan. When he resigned as a director he would have had to state his reasons. If John Haines knew about "Wrongdoing" at Videolan he had a fiduciary obligation to report such wrongdoing to the SEC. Especially if the wrongdoing had to do with fraud.

Waiting for your reply

"I spoke with John Haines this afternoon concerning the Videolan debacle. It brought back painful memories to him and he was anxious to get the truth out to the board. I have his permission to repeat our conversation."

"John discovered wrongdoing among the management at Videolan and insisted that it be stopped or he would hand-in his resignation. The wrongdoing continued and John did indeed resign with the company effective that december. The subsequent legal issues that followed began in late January and to his dismay he was never called upon to testify."
