Does anyone see anything criminal going on with these pics of late? Just curious to the thoughts??

TERN was slapped with a Class action of late by the mighty Milberg Weiss.. now if Gilder is not DD'ng these and just basing this on mere pie in the sky... then a pie in the face is most likely coming for the small retails chasing these sauce pans.
