Alex said the divisor for future earnings will be 55M to 60M shares. It was 49.5M this Q. C-Cube has some delution coming. $61M in revenue is down from $64M last Q. It reflecks Lower DVD sales, Lower VCD, flat settops, and suprising up-tick in Codec sales.

Gross Margins decreased to 56.1%, from 60.2% last Q. It's in plan, but I hoped for better. In ventories will rise, to make sure they can supply customers.

Taxes fall to 27%, from 30% last year.

Did you catch that ZiVA-4 is shipping?

Next Q is down 5%.

They did say that in 2001, they would have a significant % of the design wins for DVD-recordable players, but didn't expect big sales.
