y2kfree_radical (regarding ECMV),

We're not missing anything, but right now the market is a bit behind. I think the confusion came from all the spin-offs and ticker symbol changes (Perfumania/PRFM spinning off Perfumania.com/PF, Perfumania.com/PF changing name/ticker to Envision Development/EDV, Perfumania/PRFM changing name/ticker to E Com Ventures/ECMV. I don't think the market realizes that E Com Ventures is still the owner of the Perfumania brick and mortar stores which generates $190 million per year in revenue, and I don't think it is common knowledge that they are owners of 2 million shares of EDV (1.5 million unencumbered, 500K are reserved for an $8 option granted to underwriters).

The company is working on getting the word out. Redchip.com has put them on their watch list, and the Internet Stock Review (http://www.internetstockreview.com) has put them on their incubator stock review list (http://www.incubatorstockreview.com). They have a real solid track record. There's a few other sites that have picked them up (http://microcapreview.homestead.com/home.html), but the real PR push (dog and pony show with brokerages/analysts) will begin after the 4th quarter numbers come out (expected out this week). The next couple of months should be very interesting.
