Dear sandeep: "It is indeed a sad time..." If you step back and try to figure how and why we got to this stage, remember the guvernment does nothing until there is a complaint. Some important, powerful, greasy people complained, greased a few hands and got this thing rolling. The worst (in my humble opinion) of human natures (greed & jealousy & lust for power) have propelled this thing where not too many believed it would go. abbigail
