If you step back and try to figure how and why we got to this stage, remember the guvernment does nothing until there is a complaint.

Some important, powerful, greasy people complained, greased a few hands and got this thing rolling. The worst (in my humble opinion) of human natures (greed & jealousy & lust for power) have propelled this thing where not too many believed it would go.

Bills fortune is not stock price multiplied by number of stocks. If Bill sold his stocks, prices would drop immediately.
