Your right Christopher. I did mean to type $20 per share of C-Cube Semi x100 shares. I don't know how I typed that "1".

Yes, if you sell 1996 shares, it is a long term gain. 1996 is the start date of your long term investment.

I Have a mess, 13 buys since 1995, and number 14 is in the mail. I need to break down each transaction.

The good news is, you won't need to guess, they are require to sent you a 1099-DIV with the break-down. But 1099's aren't due until 1/31/01.
