I'm also thinking that as the mainstream markets [ NYSE, NASDAQ NMS ] continue to give ground, people who are watching their profits disappear and their margin calls grow ever larger, there will be a point where desperation to recoup those losses will turn many to the OTC-BB where they'll be lured by the lovely lurid rumours of 100%+ gains in a matter of days, and other such Siren songs. We'll have a wonderful new flock to shear.... for a while.. enjoy 'em when they come, and for however long they decide to stay.
