Mama Bear, I do know the difference between shares authorized and shares outstanding, did you read the proxy release thoroughly? Maybe you should re-read it. I don't believe in giving a blank check to anyone to fill in as they wish. I demand specifics on how the company that I have ownership in will allocate resources, especially in light of the incredible number of shares they want to print in a 3 year old company. The other corporations have been around a long time and have something GBLX doesn't have yet.....PROFITS!!! Regards, BB
