You are entitled to evoke the word "God" all you want, but you are not entitled to force anyone to listen.

Allowing local school boards to decide is tantamount to allowing whatever religion is in the majority in a given area to impose itself on the minority, as you know very well. Imposition by local government is in no way different from imposition by central government, and protection of the rights of the minority is very much within the proper scope of the federal government.
