Hey walleye It's great to hear from you! It took me a while to respond because I was laughing to hard. Fortunately I learned a lesson from LONE and even though I'm a long term player I saw no need to ride this one down like I did with LONE. When managements statements became to far from the truth I bailed(at a profit this time). By the way if you ever want to vacation you are welcome here. I also have ten acres on a 20000 acres lake about 4 hrs from here where they just caught a 53lb. striped bass. I haven't built there yet but camping is great! AFA Glen
