Look at VVI. A beautiful little flower. This is a wonderful garden of delights- the animals, birds, and even mollusks speak to El Grandissimo- and he informs us of what the earth and her creatures are telling him.

For me, I look at the garden, and see what flowers I think will grow for me. Let us look at a pick that has not turned out- AAPL. This is indeed a beautiful flower, but it has yet to blossom. But I think it will; and for a tech, it has held up pretty darned strong.

Look at our beautiful AAPL- Long AAPL and Short CPQ- wouldn't that be interesting? I am contemplating this myself; your short on CPQ is either stupid or inspired- either way, I respect your thinking there. Your reasons seem sound. After going nowhere for so long, maybe they are just the walking dead- zombie.

And so, while I walk the garden, and enjoy the suggestions that come our way. And if AAPL goes down the tubes, blame the Hermit Crab!

Enjoy yourself here, amigo! Only positive thoughts. If you do not like the margarita, try the ice cold beer. Anyone drinking the Kool-aid gets what they deserve, eh?

Not to defend El Grandisimmo's picks, but some of them are effective hedges against Nasdaq shorts...at least that's as I see them. (Naked long is tough in this market)

BTW, BHW(I dumped) and MDLK (still holding some) haven't been exactly roses...

VVI and CCL are solid, AAPL is a good tech hedge, IMO.

Aufwiedersehen,
