So what about Marcos' point on Chinese Nationals who (shudder) consider bringing their children here for a holiday. Shouldn't that wacko right wing morality motive be used to justify stealing their childern as well ?

No you just don't get it. There ARE Parental rights here.

What we are about is a nation of laws. You would abandon that so that you could bring yourself to take on the characteristics of those you despise?
