AMAT Yes, I've read all that and understood some of it. This ratio along with the flowey, net cash margin, analyst's ratings, etc. I find useful only in trying to come up with some semblance of a reasonable relative evaluation. The other question in today's high tech environment is whether or not AMAT will remain clyclical with the hugely increasing demand for all different kinds of semiconductors. Thanks, I always appreciate your posts. Once again, this is the premier thread on SI. Jim
