Thanks Bill, just replace the 70's nifties, with todays tech nifites and replace nixon with clinton. the buy and hold bull market ended at the 98 top, this is a traders market. those that were lucky enough to buy and hold big cap tech until now, who may or may not realize this, but when they realize it (along with the zillions of insiders paid on bull market returns - no/min. salary), i would say a reaganesque, weeeeeeeeelllllllll, i wouldn't be wantin to be in the penalty box, or under the knife. b
