I've been scaling into other tech stocks with better technicals, more reasonable market caps, and much higher growth than QCOM over the past week. I think there are better plays right now, although QCOM, if it emerges as the winner of the wireless holy war, will be the one to own long-term. But I'm not quite ready to recommit capital to it yet. If it gets away from me, so be it. I had one helluva run over the past year.

I'm not flat, I'm owner with a lot less shares then I once own. Right now I rather own more MCD then more QCOM.
