Let me try one more time: misheldo: Rambus announced its strategic initiatives to double the bandwidth of the current RDRAM and quadruple the bandwidth of today's RIMM memory modules. Rambus has been working on these newer technologies for several years and already has test chips that validate these target performance specifications. These developments will enable RDRAMs next year to outperform DDR devices by a factor of eight.
