Reminds me of some years back when Oracle had a big miss. Ellison was no where near the conference call nor on CNBC.

Guess I understand now why Maffei jumped.

CPQ CFO was dumped in early 98 just before bad results.

Dell's stepped aside recently.

If QCOMs goes, watch out below.

The CC.. thats the oddest. I mean here comes arguable the most influential company on the planet at the most critial earnings announcement and they send out who??? A finance guy and not Greg Mafei at that but has is he someone who has taken an MSFT earnings CC before???

Greg Mafei resigned from MSFT last year. Connors, who handled MSFT outlook on the CC, is the new CFO.
