Scott, if you had read back through BB's previous messages you'd realize that he was only using these "proven" companies as examples for the extreme comparison between the number of shares outstanding for them vs. the number GBLX is proposing in their latest proxy.

You apparently missed the point. I've never seen an upstart
company want to authorize 4.5Billion shares this early in
its' growth cycle without positive earnings. Only companies
that have PROFITS do such a thing, once they are making
money, thus the comparison.
