According to the surveys - and the wacko Left is fond of trying to use surveys to trump reality and the rule of law - Clinton is the least trusted president in history. Clinton scores lower even than Nixon at his nadir.

And Clinton most always, and famously, gets the law wrong. Fined for his perjury, wrong on most every claim of executive privilege, recently found to have violated the Privacy Act, now facing indictment and disbarment, you are correct, Clinton regards the law as something to be mocked and skirted for personal and political gain.
