Open Deploys VideoPropulsion DVB
For Its On-Line Service

VPI Products Used as Uplinks for Fast and
Reliable Satellite Transmissions

SLINGER, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2000-- VideoPropulsion, Inc. (VPI), a wholly
owned subsidiary of GENROCO, Inc. (OTC BB:``GRCI''), announced today that its
VDOPro(TM) DVB solutions are utilized in BSkyB's Sky Digital on line services offered by Britain's
first national interactive digital TV provider, Open.

Open, Britain's leading interactive digital TV service, uses the VPI DVB transmit products to
continuously pump full bandwidth, precisely timed transport streams containing video, audio and data
for on-line transactions. Open's customers are able to arrange timely delivery of ordered goods and
services from the comfort of their homes. This service has led the industry worldwide with a broad
selection of activities ranging from on-line banking to the purchase of theatre tickets.

``The VPI DVB cards are the most cost effective offering on the market today,'' said Alec
Livingstone, Technical Group Director of Open. ``The card's high bandwidth allows us to maintain a
low cost-per-stream technical option.''

``Open's On-Line service is an ideal application environment for our DVB products,'' stated Barbara
Pick, President and CEO. ``The Open solution, integrated with Compaq servers and Oracle OVS,
is at the forefront in providing immediate transactions through television set top boxes. Open has
blazed the trail for truly interactive television and we are proud to be an enabling part of their
solution. We believe that lowering the cost per stream of delivering video and data through digital TV
infrastructure is fundamental to the acceptance of this technology by consumers. Our products reflect
our dedication to this idea by offering our customers ways to increase functionality and optimize use
of their servers. That translates to better service at a lower cost, something everyone wants.''
