Timothy Donahue, President & CEO of NXTL



The company reported great quarterly numbers, yet the stock was
down today. He feels that the reason is that the entire sector was
down today due to portfolio shuffling because of tomorrow's AWE
Initial Public Offering.

Their focus is on B2B customers and they have a product that is
different from anything else in the marketplace.

The company feels very strongly about its position and is in it for
the long haul, with no present plans to merge with anyone.

They are MOT's largest customer worldwide and gets its attention.
Also, they are very satisfied with MOT's technology and pricing.

He expects to turn profitable some time during the first two Qs of
2001.

So Nextel will be profitable while Sprint PCS and their CDMA steamroller won't even be EBITDA positive. How can this be?
