New Cinema Partners in Negotiations for
Wireless Internet Service Nears Completion of
Audit

TORONTO, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- New Cinema Partners Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCPPE) is pleased to report that the Company is in the final stages of negotiations to enter a definitive agreement to participate in the rapid growth of the Internet in numerous less developed countries (LDCs).

The initial project, of which New Cinema will hold 49%, is in partnership with Indotel Networks Inc., which plans to design and operate a wireless Internet system in the country of India. The company intends to initially target the six largest cities in India, with a combined population in excess of 100,000,000 people. Internet use in India is growing at a rate of 300% per quarter and yet market penetration is a fraction of that in other countries. To a certain extent Internet market penetration in the country is hampered by the overburdened state-owned telephone company. India, with its huge and densely packed urban centers is ideal for a wireless delivery system. Although the telephone system is inadequate, market penetration for television is enormous. Reception is generally by antenna, not cable, thus allowing the installation of economical wireless internet-enabled television set top boxes such as "web tv" in instances where the cost of a computer is not an option for the user.

Internet related revenue sources would include ISP subscriber fees, modem and set top box (hardware) rental and sales revenues, and a proprietary portal which would generate advertising fees and e-commerce opportunities.

Market penetration of even one tenth of one percent in the six major urban centers would present a substantial profit opportunity for the Company. According to Mr. Frank Guido, President of New Cinema Partners, "This represents a fabulous opportunity for the company, for the shareholders and for the future. We are very excited."

Mr. Guido is also pleased to announce to shareholders that a complete audit of the Company is near completion. Upon the receipt of the audit by the Board of Directors, the Company's attorneys will be filing a "Form 10" with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company is actively pursuing various options as relates to its current listing status.
