All of which I've posted is a synthesis of information from posters whom I believe to be credible. Since that is the road taken by the intellectually lazy or those, like me, who are fully involved in other pursuits, I will note that your post probably has some merit. The subject is simply too complex. It is not one for amateurs, no matter how interested or devoted. I'm therefore back to lurking mode. I fear that my posts might contribute to the confusion I see on the various boards. Besides, listening carefully is a lost art which many of us should practice more vigorously. Good luck to you.
