forget about merrill's tech staff...they called csc the tech stock of the year last year. it was at 72 then...promptly dropped to 60.

Snowshoe, do not hold your breath waiting for Merrill Lynch to figure out either the PC or the post-PC era. And as far as WIND is concerned, you can absolutely forget it. I have followed their coverage of the wireless telecom sector for 4 years, and they have yet to come close to even clearly describing the issues (never mind picking winners and losers in the space). ML is still trying to rationalize their failure to admit CDMA was even in the running, let alone a potentially ascendant technology.
Embedded devices and RTOS will not make it to their radar screen until WIND is the size of QCOM (let us all pray), and then we MIGHT get an upgrade to accumulate. best, mike doyle
