No. I find it very hard to see anything even having a remote chance beside the excimer lasers till 0.13 micron. Lamda and Komatsu is whom Cymer needs to worry about.

About two months ago I talked to a very knowledgeable, and up to date individual from TXN. He was very clear that the old line of lasers (sorry don't remember the model number) from Cymer will not work for 0.13, it is barely good enough for 0.18. Cymer will continue to sell a whole lot more as the conversion to 0.13 starts. The comments of this person from TXN, is consistent with comments from a friend of mine who has been working at Cymer for 4 years now.
