cfoent ---I sure hope the commentator is right . This would be a big push for the "Q" . After the Carter embargo of grain for Russia in 1980 and the cancelation of our participation in the Olympics I realize that interaction by economic's is the most efficient way of influencing another country ( not isolation ) BEST WISHES BILL PS -Our trading partners really took advantage of the grain issue ( Canada and Argetinia ) by selling more grain
