That's definitely a phenominal promotional piece on ELOT and a reason why a well reputed analyst predicted ELOT would trade over $80 a share within 2 years! It's hard to imagine insiders selling any shares for any reason given these bullish prospects if in fact that has been the case. ELOT recently agreed to acquire VGTI whereby shareholders of VGTI would tender 3 shares VGTI for 1 share of ELOT. VGTI now trades at $0.75 per share at it's 52-week low. That's now the equivalent of picking up ELOT at $2.25 per share which is not bad IMO!
