Microsoft, its executives, and its investors need to come to grips with the cold, hard fact that the judge has found Microsoft did some things that are illegal, whether or not they think those things were "wrong." It's too late to disagree with antitrust law in the hope it will go away. It is what it is. The arguments have been made and the decision is in. Relying on an appeal or change in political position seems very risky to me. JMHO.
