that's actually irrelevant in this context...mind you, i don't mean the position you've taken, i mean GS's fees. they get them whether the IPO is a dud or not.

The way I read the prospectus, T hasn't told shareholders how it will distribute shares of the tracking stock to shareholders, and won't do it until the fall. Did they give any more information on TV? My question is - T is trading around $50, if the IPO comes in at $50, what is T worth? It's like the Palm IPO, but at least COMS told its shareholders what they would get and when.
