I have no idea. Just passing along what seem to me a technology that would change the landscape for all the players in the field. The only one that I have followed for many years has been SVGI, it would be of great concern to them, if in fact it is a break-thru as they tout it as.

This is almost a hoax. There has been a lot of discussion about this release on boards of CYMI (yahoo & SI).

Basicaly it is theoretical and at best years away form anything. Most likely a PR looking for venture funds.

Optical litho should be the sole source to at least 0.10.
