Ghost, the Federal Government intervenes every freakin' day. What do you think Government is there for? --- Now that the existence of federal DoJ has been brought to your attention, you should look into it a little deeper. You'll notice that federal law enforcement provides oversight to any small enterprise involved in interstate commerce, especially the publicly held ones. The federal government is there daily to referee a level, legal playing field. Go to the DoJ website and look at the 'evils' (your word) the DoJ does day to day. Do you think it's wrong that the DoJ has 'APROVED' and 'DENIED' stamps which it will use one of in the AOL-Tome/Warner merger? Contrary to what someone may have told you, the DoJ was not a Clinton administration invention. --- Anyway, you were saying a year ago that SUNW was going to have it's lunch eaten by IBM and HP. You're saying now that next year SUNW will be worthy of oversight by the government?? -JCJ
