Didn't someone recently look at the 10-k and determine there weren't enough shares available to split? As I recall, there is no proposal to authorize additional shares. Anyone else remember this discussion?

There are 250 million shares authorized; 150 million issued so there is enough shares for a 3 for 2 split. And isn't Thursday a shareholders meeting? Couldn't they request more shares to be issued during that meeting?
