OK Daniel, then if you put it that way - the LAW has stated extremely clearly that MSFT "DID IT".

So lets go back to the valid point regarding the stages of grief. Since the LAW and stated that MSFT Did It then Ballmer and you stockholders are just ticked off at the entire world that MSFT finally got caught.

Looks like Daniel is also in the Denial stage and moving onward to entering th Anger stage. Anger is after Denial I believe.

It's amazing how some fail to realize what the ramifications of a settlement proposed that could cripple MSFT's ability to compete. Not to mention the more bold consequence of redistribution of power and wealth, from the private sector.

On target as always Daniel, it's nice to "see" you again.
