Am I mistaken or did I hear a guy interviewed on CNBC call shorts when markets peaked out. Right as market peaked. . . at exactly 15:06, he said that markets are falling now due to so many players turning short here. If I heard what I heard. . . is that not illegal in about a dozen ways? . . . one of which is using television as a point to point means of communications. Look at CSCO, QCOM, MSFT, BRCM, AMAT, AMCC intraday at 15:06. Looks like they were suddenly hit. . . If what I think I saw / heard . . .actually happened. . . we individual investors REALLY need to sharpen up our communications. PROFIT OFTEN!! Rande Is
