Justa, Time to get away from work for a few days. My fiance and I are going to the "cradle of capitalism", Omaha, NE. I will update the thread when I return as to what Buffett and Munger talk about at the meeting. I always find it amazing that their most interesting comments never make it into the press. Hmmm. I hope the techs I have been buying keep going up. We are visiting Borsheim's. I smell plastic burning as I write this post. Ha! borsheims.com Have a great week.

Well, it seems as though people can't control themselves. Everyone must weigh in on poor Elian. Even though there is a thread for this discusssion as linked here Subject 32681 everyone feels that this is the proper place to discuss Elian. Well, it is off topic so take it elsewhere please unless Elian issues a "buy" or "sell" signal on the markets. Maybe Elian says to buy MSFT? Or maybe Elian is concerned about the ECI or GDP deflator? Does Elian think we have retested the bottom of the Naz successfully? Why that insensitive so-and-so Justa!!! I have my rights to free speech blah-blah-blah. Sure you do, just exercise them in the proper place and that place is not here. I have my own opinion on the Elian matter but I know this is not the proper place to discuss it and, moreover, I am smart enough to realize that nobody cares what I think.
