Mr. Pink,

although it is deflated by around 75% it looks nice. Besides the facts mentioned by F., it is down "only" 75%, rather than the 90ish% the usual turd is off as of now.

Do they count the shares?

I just look at the fate of AMZNs IPET which has a negative gross margin of almost 5M (or 60% of the sales), and manages to lose the IPO cash in one quarter or two...IPET trades at $2, not 20...
